The Journey Begins in January

WEEKLY CONTENT

All content will be released weekly.

You will receive over 6 weeks:

A weekly workbook with journal prompts to explore prior to the ritual.

A Weekly Shamanic Journey, Movement Practice & Ritual with instructions on where to do the practice (several will be utilising outdoors and nature)

LIVE GATHERINGS ~ There will be two live gatherings to open and close this space. With space for sharing and questions.

Opening Circle 15th January ~ 6pm UK

Closing Circle 26th February ~ 6pm UK

The Flow

We start this journey together with a 1 week Plant Dieta to Purify and Cleanse our systems, energetically, physically and mentally.

You will then choose the dieta program to follow for the next 5 weeks - choosing from Full Dieta to Part Dieta (depending on what works with your lifestyle)

Every week I will release the content to be explored that week. You will journey with the practices and rituals in your own time, many of these will take place outdoors in nature. Working with your plant ally to explore the deepest parts of yourself and to really open up to the magic that is available for you to tap into when in a conscious space of devotion.

Setting powerful intentions for the year ahead with the help of your plant teacher. This process can support your next 12 months. The art of devotion creates a groove in the universal field and pulls you into a space of alignment. Supporting you to find more ease, flow and harmony throughout the year.
