Designed to help you create a little more space in your mind and body through a variety of meditations, gentle yoga practices and breath work.
Use these magical practices to connect in, empty out what you no longer need and plant little seeds for what you do want. In doing this you will start to open up more space for healing, more calmness, reduced stress levels and for all your dreams to manifest.
I have also created a tools section where I will post any downloadables or workshops, including the breath work practices. I have added up my intention and goal setting workbook for 2020.

Every month in the Facebook group I will be posting about the new moon and full moon and the best meditations for each one (there are also specific moon meditations below) plus practices you can do to make the best of the moons energies.

Meditation is not about clearing your mind, but creating awareness of what is going on inside and beginning to create a little more space in between our thoughts by becoming more mindful.
As we build our practice we become more aware in our lives, then being able to choose more empowering thoughts. Switching our minds on in meditation so we can switch off what we do not need. Thus, creating space for our manifestations to flow through.
