April Sound Bath at Nomad Yoga

April 16th - 7.30pm for 60 minutes

Monthly sound baths at Nomad Yoga, Dundee.

Join Skye and Joe for 60 minutes of Sound Massage to drop deeply into a restful state and float off to bed.

This is an opportunity to receive the benefits of sound therapy within a group setting in the beautiful Nomad Studio. We create relaxing, natural soundscapes using Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, drums, guitar, tuning forks, and nature based instruments. Sound vibrations from singing bowls have been shown to release cortisol (the stress hormone) & anxiety, reduce inflammation and chronic pain, support deep rest and sleep, alleviate  depression, as well as reducing heart rate and blood pressure. Mat, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters will be provided

We will guide breathwork and a meditation to begin class (suitable for everyone) you can sit or lie down for this. Everyone will then lie down for the whole class to receive the sound bath.

Wear cosy, comfortable clothes.

Exchange £15

This class is suitable for everyone except the following:

  • If you have a pacemaker

  • epilepsy / seizure disorder

  • pregnant (please message me first)

  • schizophrenia / severe mental health disorder (message me first)
