Join Skye and Joe for a community gathering for the Equinox on the 21st March 4-6.30pm.
Location: Nomad Yoga, Dundee.
Intention:
To mark and honour this time of year when the light and dark is equal. Exploring our inner and outer worlds to notice where we may be out of balance and moving through practices to bring us into a more coherent state of being.
We will be sharing these gatherings throughout the year, marking the seasonal turning points that our ancestors celebrated for thousands of years. This is an opportunity to remind us of our interconnectedness with the natural world.
You can add on ceremonial cacao to drink during the gathering for +£5.
