A 35 minute long journey deep into the earth of your body and the earth of gaia, as above so below, we become aware of the physical body - associated with the element of earth. The matter that makes us human. And then journey into the earth below, becoming aware of the earth beings and the reflection of them within us. A meditation and breathwork journey.

This meditation creates space for you to slowly descend into spaciousness so you can offer into the earth all that you are ready to let go of this season. A practice for late summer as we make the turn towards autumn.
You will also have space within the journey to ask for something you wish to receive from the earth, something that can nourish you as you surrender into the mother.
