Morning Practice - Wednesday 7.15am - ZOOM
Join Skye for a weekly morning practice - every Wednesday morning live on Zoom.
The class will start at 7.15am for 45 minutes.
This class will be a blend of movement, meditation and breathwork, crafted to support the seasonal energies and give you the space and time to anchor into your day with intention.
I guide various styles of movement in my classes that can range from yoga, flow, intuitive, yin, dance. Accessible and adaptable for everyone.
YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THIS CLASS FOR ONE WEEK - you can reply as many times as desired.
JANUARY THEME: Winter Cocoon - as we are still in the depths of Winter, the cold, the dark, and as nature is slowly moving, you may witness the buds on the tree tips held within their tender cocoons. Alive, patient and soft, storing their vibrant energy for the lighter months ahead. We will move through January slowly, tending to our roots and our energy systems, nourishing our tissues, joints, nerves and muscles with gentle, opening movement and delicious yin holds.
Please bring to class each week:
A Candle and something to light it with
Journal and pen
Yoga mat
Cushions or a bolster
Blanket
Eye pillow if required.
There is the potential that myself or Joe (my partner) will add another class on in the next few month.
