Join Skye and Joe for a deeply nurturing two hour cocoon into yoga and sound.

Join us on the 18th October 5-7pm at Nomad Yoga studio, Dundee.

We will guide you through breathwork to ground and centre, yin yoga to release built up tension in the body, restorative yoga to begin the descent into deep rest followed by a sound journey while you rest.As you sink into stillness, you'll be immersed in a soothing soundscape featuring live guitar, sound bowls, Koshi chimes, drums, flute and 1:1 sound massage with tuning forks—designed to calm your nervous system and bring you back to balance.

Expect grounding movement, deep rest, and the kind of relaxation that lingers long after class.

We will use sound tools throughout the whole practice to invite you to explore the healing vibrations of the instruments. You will receive 1:1 sound therapy throughout, alongside essential oil massage.
