Madira, Skye, and Joe have designed an energising and restorative retreat that will help you to deepen your practice, retreat from the world, and connect with likeminded people within the grounds of Old Kilmum House in Dunoon

Across four days you’ll move, breathe, rest, and reconnect with the wild beauty around you. From spacious morning yoga practices and forest meditations in magical Puck’s Glen, to earth art workshops, cacao-infused shakti flow, sound baths, and candlelit kirtan, each moment will help you soften, unfold, and realign with the season’s rising energy.

Two hour morning practise.

Pucks Glen Nature Adventure with divination walk, forest meditation and earth art community ritual.

Evening two hour wind down practise and sound bath.

SATURDAY

Two hour morning practice with cacao, shakti flow and yoga.

Brunch.

Meditation and sound healing practice.

Space to explore and rest. Sauna, hot tub.

Candlelit kirtan, restorative yoga and sound bath evening.

SUNDAY

Two hour morning practice.

Brunch.

*There is an invitation to turn off your phone, and immerse in your practice, nature and presence.

All meals shared will be healthy and sustaining and created with the intention of wellbeing and supporting your body through the practices.

Meet Your Hosts

  • madira gregurek

    brings the energy of the sunshine with her to Dundee from her motherland, Croatia, Madira exudes warmth and brightness. She founded Hot Yoga Dundee in 2011 and following on from its growing success, opened Nomad Yoga in 2019, a dedicated studio offering hot yoga and pilates in the centre of Dundee. Her yoga journey started in 1994 in Jaganath Puri, India, where she dedicated 4 years to living, breathing, and dreaming Yoga in all its limbs within Yoga Baladeva Ashram.

  • skye kleman

    is an artist, yoga teacher, sound therapist and medicine woman. Strongly rooted in the tradition of Celtic Shamanism, she brings the art of ceremony and ritual into her classes that help people connect with their inner and outer nature in new ways. With a strong creative background as a handpoke tattoo artist, Skye helps clients unlock their creativity to empower authentic expression and healing, and a deeper connection to nature.

  • joe anderson

    is a yoga teacher, musician, medical anthropologist, and EFT and sound therapist. With a passion for ancient healing traditions from around the world and a particular resonance with the path of Bhakti Yoga, Joe uses his training as an anthropologist to study, learn from, and teach about spiritual traditions from around the world. He has also trained and worked as a chef, so will be providing a delicious and healthy menu for this retreat.
