This gift card gives the recipient a 1 hour Reiki and Sound Bath session with Skye. This can be used for 1 or 2 people.
These sessions offer deep relaxation and a balancing of all the bodies systems. For anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious and scattered. These sessions can offer support to calm the nervous system, support pain management, sleep, release stored tensions and stress.
The session will take place in my home in Tayport (I can also travel to you if required). Clients will spend the session lying down and receiving. These sessions are suitable for everyone except anyone who is:
Pregnant (especially first trimester, can be ok after this)
Epileptic
Have a pacemaker or electronic device fitted
WHAT IS REIKI
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that helps the body and mind relax, release tension, and restore balance. During a session, energy is channelled through the practitioner’s hands to support your natural ability to heal. It is deeply calming, like pressing a reset button for your whole system, leaving you feeling grounded and peaceful.
WHAT IS SOUND THERAPY?
Sound therapy uses the healing vibrations of instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks and other instruments to bring the body and mind into harmony. The sound frequencies help release stress, clear energetic blockages, and invite a meditative state where deep rest and renewal can occur. It’s a sensory experience that can feel like being bathed in sound.
I also offer intuitive touch and gentle, grounding massage around the head and feet.
These sessions are deeply restorative in nature, but can bring up emotions through the release of stored tensions.
All vouchers must be used within 6 months.
You will receive a physical voucher to gift to your loved ones which I can either post to you or you can collect in Tayport.
